They don't need Dragon Gate guys, anyway. These shows are going to be loaded regardless.

Plus, I'm kinda glad they decided to change things around and bring in some new Japanese folks.

Maybe because of the XPW Reunion show that weekend? Or perhaps the Armory or Ibushi/KAGETORA weren't available then? May 17 and 18th aren't too good for me either (I won't be able to make Night One :( ) but I don't see anything wrong with running on those dates.

I don't think the dates really matter but with XPW the following weekend, I can see why PWG would run this weekend. Plus who really cares Ibushi is gonna be an awesome debut but I wonder how many of the fans actually know about him. And we are gonna miss out on the Dragon Gate talent but CIMA just posted a bulletin on Myspace saying they are gonna have a Dragon Gate show in Los Angeles in September so they may be out for BOLA instead

Here is what I would like to see at DDT4:

Night 1:

Super Dragon and Davey Richards vs The Dynasty

- SDDR win via pinfall after the Powerbomb/Backcracker combo.

Jay and Mark Briscoe vs Roderick Strong and Jack Evans

- The Briscoes win via pinfall after Doomsday Device to avenge their loss in last year's DDT4.

El Generico and Kevin Steen © vs Los Luchas

- The Champs retain via pinfall after a Package Piledriver/Brainbustah combo in a hard fought match.

Kota Ibushi and KAGETORA vs Scorpio Sky and Ronin

- Sky and Ronin win via pinfall after a DVD/Frog Splash combo.

Human Tornado © vs Bryan Danielson

- Tornado retains via pinfall after a low blow and DND.

Chris Hero vs An opponet pick by HT (This may be Kingston,Claudio,or someone esle)

- Hero wins via Hangman's Clutch submission. HT provide some outside interference but Candice came and stop him.

Brandon Bonham vs TJ Perkins

- TJ wins via pinfall after a low blow follow by a Tiger Suplex. TJ Hooker beat the new guy after the match and give him a hazing (TJ and Hook throw eggs at him or something like that).

Night 2:

Super Dragon and Davey Richards vs Jay and Mark Briscoe

- The Briscoes win via pinfall after a Leg Drop/Shooting Star combo after Lost ran out and distracted the ref while Joey hit superkicks on Super Dragon and Davey.

El Generico and Kevin Steen © vs Scorpio Sky and Ronin

- The Champs retain via pinfall after Ole' Kick/Package Piledriver combo.

Los Luchas vs Roderick Strong & Jack Evans

- Strong & Evans win via pinfall after their Ode to the Bulldogs combo.

Kota Ibushi vs KAGETORA

- Ibushi wins via pinfall after a Corkscrew 630 Senton.

Chris Hero vs Another opponet pick by HT

- Hero wins via pinfall after a Hero's Welcome. HT try to interfere at the end but Candice once again stop him but this time HT gives her a DND on the outside before getting chase to the back by Hero. By beating two opponets pick by HT on back to back nights Hero becomes #1 contender.

Human Tornado © vs Austin Aries

- Human Tornado wins via pinfall after a African Destroyer. One of the opponets he picked to face Hero interfere on his behalf.

DDT4 Finals:

El Generico and Kevin Steen © vs Jay and Mark Briscoe

-The Champs retain via pinfall after a Brainbustah/450 Splash combo!

I just realized that Low Ki wrestled for JAPW last month, so it's a possibility that he'll be in good shape by May.

He didn't really wrestle. It was more of an angle to get the JAPW title off of him. He had reconstructive knee surgery last month, so he'll still be out for several more months. Hopefully a BOLA return for Ki will be possible...

I hear that. I hate Sunday shows too as they usually don't work out for me. But I guess it's due to those XPW people who scheduled their show the following weekend. A few of PWG's talent will be appearing at the show. Joey Ryan was recently added as well. It would've been perfect if DDT 4 was on Memorial Day weekend. It could be worse, they could've run DDT 4 in the middle of the week.

I just checked Lufisto's myspace and it looks like she won't be appearing in TOD, so I'm hoping she appears at DDT4 and also hoping that Kikutaro is available because damn it, Kikutaro vs. Lufisto needs to happen in a PWG ring

There hasn't been a PWG show yet that has sold out. Seats could get scarce and you may have to stand but I'm pretty sure you won't be turned away.

The Burbank Armory is a huge venue for PWG too. I noticed a sign at the front door that listed the maximum capacity for the building, and while I forget the exact number... I remember that it was way more than PWG has ever gotten for a show. So don't worry about it selling out.

That would be great. As crazy as this sounds, EPIC WAR is actually running against DDT4 Night One. If they bring in LuFisto maybe they work something where PWG could use her for Night Two. Also Kikutaro is supposed to be at the XPW show, so maybe he'll be in the area around DDT4 time. He would be a super fun addition to the show.

That's music to my ears, assuming it pans out. I can't wait for LuFisto to return to PWG. And it's already been a year since we last saw Kikutaro, so it would be fun to have him back too. If we could get Necro or LuFisto vs Kikutaro then that would be a nice bonus as well.

I just want to point out, apparently Michael Nakazawa, another DDT guy whose gimmick is basically an oily wrestler, travels with Kota, so I think there's a chance he'll be appearing at DDT4

personally, I rather have Kikutaro vs. Lufisto especially if you saw Kikutaro's match against a girl named Apple Miyuki

Yeah I think your right. I just read the other promotion's results for tonight and Nakazawa wrestle in the second match. Ibushi wrestle later on and lost to Davey.

Nakazawa didn't wrestle the Ring of Honor show. It was Michael Bennet or something along those lines.

But after seeing him at King of Trios, he'd be fun to have for DDT4.

Is Joey Ryan still doing the oil gimmick? Him vs. Nakazawa would be fun.

It was Michael Nakazawa, according to their messageboard. There can't be that many typos.
