Joining the PWG Family

Postby mulkeybros » Sun Jul 16, 2006 4:21 pm

I've made the plunge and decided to buy about 18 or so DVD's to start my collection, including all of the non-highspots shows so I can start at the beginning. I am a proud ROH completist, and watching the shows in order has been a blast. I've heard so much about the quality shows PWG puts on, so I'm looking forward to watching them, and I know I won't be dissappointed. I'm a member of the ROH board and look forward to having convos with you guys. Have a good one.

Just an FYI, the first show isn't that great, so don't be discouraged. There are a ton of really great PWG shows that I'm certain you'll enjoy. Especially when you get to some of the more recent stuff. They've been really solid over the past year especially.

Thanks! I'm looking forward to diving in. Every company has it's not-so-great shows, ROH has had plenty, but I enjoy watching the shows back to back to follow storylines and such.

Speaking of which, I just posted an FYI on the General Discussion board today. Highspots.com has 4 PWG shows (Kee_ The _ee Out Of Our _ool, Taste The Radness, 88 Miles Per Hour, The Musical) on sale for $7.48 a piece. A good deal for some good shows.

I also just stocked up recently, just reminds me how much i hate Australian currency. PWG product is definatly something different and i liek they way the showcase my two favourtie wrestlers Davey Richards and Super Dragon.

Also Joey Ryan is the fucking man, best champ in wrestling at the moment.

I'm looking forward to seeing Ryan's work, as I've heard alot about him. Plus, he's got a tremendous moustache.
