ROH Orders

Postby CheMateo » Fri Mar 03, 2006 3:40 pm

I recently made my first official order through ROH to help tide me over until PWG's new DVDs release. I was wondering how long it usually takes them to ship orders to the West Coast. Are they pretty quick? I placed the order last saturday, and they charged my card. I sent an email as to the status but got no response. I've gotten an other ROH dvd but that was through ebay. So to stop ranting, how long, from you experiences, did it take to receive your orders?

All my orders have taken about 4 days. Although since you ordered last Saturday, it could take awhile since ROH had their 4th Anniversary show, and they had that big Buy 3 Get 1 Free sale. They're pretty quick with their orders. I've only had one delay and that was because I put in the wrong credit card number.

Highspots.com though, they're a bunch of faggots.

Their service has been terrible. I ordered a few tapes a few years ago and they where cracked and Highspots wouldn't send me replacements. Then last year my Aunt got me some DVDs from them and the discs where out of the cases, and they didn't process the order till about two weeks later. And one of their employees bootlegs indy DVDs, which is really fucking weak.

Not only that, but highspots rapes you incredibly with postage (Well, for international customers) and its all round pretty shitty.

ROHwrestling.com is the most reliable and best place to buy any form of wrestling dvd advertised (If only they sold PWG dvds)

Geez, sorry to hear you guys got screwed over by highspots. I was worried that my order was going to take awhile after what SoCalAndy said, especially since I took advantage of ROH 3 and 1 free deal, but they came today. Awesome. I wish PWG could be this quick but that's ok, they're still my favorite.

Yeah, I love ROH in terms of customer service and how quickly they ship. If I order a DVD on Saturday it'll be here by the next Fri/Saturday and I live in England.

Plus, when I had a disk damaged in postage, I sent them an e-mail explaining it and they checked that i'd order it and sent me a replacement, without me having to send the damaged one back. Which was nice of them.

Highspots sell commercial masks... so, they are awesome by default.

ROH - They usually get stuff to me in about a week. Depends how much I order. Customer service is awesome too.

RF Video - They took a month just to send me two dvds.. but once he did I got it in a week. I'll never buy from him again. A month?! Come on. I got an ECW Fan cam with nothing on it and he sent a replacement.. so at least he's good for that.

SMV - They are very fast.. takes a week to maybe 8 days. They anwer emails instantly.

Highspots - never bought off of them. No reason to.

purodvdsource - fairly fast, about two weeks. It was also around Christmas.. so maybe that's why it took longer..

PWG - Awesomeness. I ordered like 12 or so dvds at once, and it got lost in the mail so they sent me a replacement order.

I've never had any problems with RF whatsoever. But then again, alot of the people that do have never ordered anything off of them and just want to hop on the bandwagon.

I have only ordered from RF once and that was six years ago. I never got my order and I have called them and they I got shitty service. In my book, he's a pedophile and a crook.

That's very true. I never bought anything off of him until after that whole incident...

I've only ordered online from ROH and that was one time. When I made my order, I got my stuff about 4 days later and that was during christmas 2004.

Shortest time I've ever got my ROH dvds was 3 to 4 days. Longest was about 2 weeks 'cause my order was 3 OVW DVDS & 1 ROH DVD.

I think if you order more ROH than others they get them out faster.

I think RFvideo & Highspots service is great, But maybe because I live on the east coast? Whenever I've received damaged stuff they've been quick to replace it.

Where would it be better to order PWG DVD's from, their website or Highspots? I kinda need to use credit card though, not Paypal or whatever. Doesn't PWG only accept Paypal on their site?

You don't have to have a PayPal account to order with PayPal. Just put your credit card information in and you can order. PWG is a much better choice. I've gotten nothing but great service from them.

Here's my logic: if you live on the east coast, use Highspots. If you live on the west coast, use PWG. If you live somewhere in the middle, PICKEM~!
