What happened in CZW?

Postby cspariah » Mon Apr 09, 2007 9:42 am

I don't follow the indy circuit outside of PWG, so I'm curious about what blow-up happened in CZW. In threads talking about Hero and Eddie Kingston, there have been a few remarks about lots of people leaving or something?

It's sad. CZW was one of the companies that made me love Indy wrestling. I used to buy every show and be excited about them. Now I just look at their cards and laugh. Everything good about that promotion is now gone. They have dropped the ball on everything and the few remaining watchable wrestlers they do have left, are used much better in other companies anyway. CZW is completely obsolete at this point.

Notice how every other major Indy is doing new and exciting things? ROH is going to Japan. PWG is expanding, booking new talent and running great shows, IWA is booking great looking shows, UWA, Chikara, IWS, JAPW etc are all doing interesting things. While CZW is doing nothing at all (I shudder at the thought of the next Best of the best line up) They are easily the very worst major Indy around. I don't think anyone would deny that.

CZWFans.com has even changed it's name to CZWSucks.com. Which is hilarious, and very deserving.

Wonder if CZW will be running by the end of the year? By the way, do we have any, if any, CZW fans on here?

I'm a former CZW color commentator. Boycotting the company until shit starts to change.

They never changed the URL, but they did change the actual title of the forum to CZWSucks. They have since changed it back to CZWFans however.
