looking at the American Sports Center, its pretty big, so I do wonder how much M1W gets in attendance because I think its a place PWG could look into using to hold shows in the future instead of the Reseda building

Yes the place is HUGE, however its section off. i dunno how it is set up for M1W since ive never been there for wrestling before. I have played in some basketball games there. its basically 1 big floor sectioned off very tightly by netting. it also holds sports offices upstairs for NJB (pee wee basketball).

turns out this is the area where M1W has been holding shows

instead of this

personally, I wouldn't mind if PWG work something out with M1W to use the bigger area for future shows, it seems as big as the Burbank Armory, which has gotten unavailable it seems

THat would be cool if PWG ran a show and/or shows there. its near the 5 and not too far from the orange crush (5,57,22). convient location for me. i wonder how others would feel since there didnt seem too much support the the gym at the park cuz of the bad location off a curvy road, drive for LA fans, and lack of parking

I honestly think most people preferred the La Habra venue over the Reseda venue and I believe the American Sports Center is next to the Anaheim Marketplace, so I don't think it could be that bad

Total personal bias but, I think anaheim is too far south. Reseda from the mid wilshire area, where I live, is already a lame drive on friday night. Also they couldn't call it Battle of Los Angeles if they moved. It would have to be Battle of Orange County or something.

I'm all for it. Location wise the venue is not ideal but I'd take it over Arsehole Larry's without any qualms. And it could still be called the Battle Of Los Angeles as Orange County is still a part of the Greater Los Angeles area. Plus all the out of state yokels won't know the difference. :P

Card for this Friday the 23rd and next Friday the 30th.

plus if PWG does run shows in the American Sports Center, it could help support John Ian in some way for M1W, also I always thought Orange County was part of the Los Angeles area anyways

as for the upcoming M1W show, looks pretty good

The M1W shows have so far been really awesome...plus they are an amazing value. I'd highly suggest checking out a Friday Fight Night. I personally can't wait for this week's show with Red Tornado & Johnny Goodtime vs. Joey Ryan & Peter Avalon...all four guys are really great wrestlers when it comes to working an audience.

In regards to PWG running there...that would be between them and the ASC as it would probably violate M1W's lease to sublet their space for another promotion. It's not like M1W owns the entire ASC. Plus M1W's space that is used for their Wrestling 101 school and Friday Fight Night shows is too small for a PWG crowd of hundreds.
