matches for next show

Postby The Franchise13 » Mon Oct 11, 2010 10:10 am

Its probably too soon to be looking towards the next show. Especially since they didn't announced the date for it. But if I were to book the next show, this will be the card:

PWG Title
Claudio Castegnoli vs Joey Ryan

PWG tag title
The Peligro Abejas vs The Briscoe Brothers

#1 Contender to PWG title
Chris Hero vs Roderick Strong

Brandon Gatson vs Tozawa

Ricochet vs Kevin Steen

The Fighting Taylors (Chuck & Ryan) vs RockNES

Brian "Cage" Taylor vs "Azucar" Rocky Romero

What do you think?

Pretty sure I read Tozawa wouldn't be back for the rest of 2010.

Possible card:

PWG World Tag Team Championship
Peligro Abejas vs. The Briscoe Brothers vs. The Cutler Brothers vs. The Young Bucks

Cutlers win the titles to end the year with a bang.

PWG World Championship
Claudio Castagnoli vs. Joey Ryan

Expected and should happen, Claudio retains.

No Disqualification Match
Brandon Gatson vs. Chris Hero

Hero's 2-0 over Gatson and they have some small rivalry going. Make this match mean something and have Gatson win.

Singles Match
Ricochet vs. Chuck Taylor

This NEEDS to happen sometime anyway.

As for the rest...

Singles Match
Austin Aries vs. Ryan Taylor

Aries needs to be used by PWG now, I think this could be a killer match.

Tag Team Match
Peter Avalon & Brian Cage vs. The RockNES Monsters

Team Goodtime/Yuma up and give them a win to boost the tag division.

Singles Match
Malachi Jackson vs. Rocky Romero

Move over Seven, this would be PWG's best show of the year.

I like it, but I'm like Kevin Nash and won't put anyone over.

You don't need to put anyone over El Hijo, your match with Souf Centrol will be a squash lol

I'm serious, if this is PWG's last show for the year, i'm gonna be slightly iffed. I mean seriously, could PWG not have an 3-month off-season this year?

Whatever kinda show it is (single or weekend) it'll def be the last of 2010. They always wrap up early-mid November. It's shitty but yeah.

If they do only 1 that's 10 shows this year. Lowest ever. At least 12 a year should be aimed for.

Hopefully it's not like that last few years where they focus more on the big show in January and leave us fiend-ing without a show for a few months. Only time will tell.
