This is easily one of the saddest news given how critical he was to the popularity of wrestling from the mid-80's to the mid-90's. Along with Hogan, Andre, and to an extent Piper, Savage was one of the faces of the business as it went mainstream.

I've been in shock and am totally crushed since hearing the news.

RIP Macho Man

Terrible and unexpected news. Just a couple of days ago I was enjoying a silly little Macho Man meme. I was happy to hear that Macho got to leave on his own terms, seemingly in good health, and in a new marriage. So sad to see it all gone in a second. At least Macho left us with a library of great matches and memories.

Classic. I remember seeing this segment when it aired. One of those memorable moments like when Shawn threw Marty through the barber shop window.

I remember Macho making me so mad when he cost the Warrior the title.

Classic match of course!

The Flying Elbow Drop! I loved hitting that move in the LJN's Royal Rumble and Monday Night Raw.

all great moments, Che, my personal favorite moment, which also involves the late Mr. Perfect was how Savage kept teasing Mr. Perfect's face turn to replace the Ultimate Warrior for Survivor Series 92, now here's what is now the last ever promo of the Macho Man, promoting himself for his appearance in WWE All Star

anyways, PWG rarely does it for most dead wrestlers, except for 2, which were Eddie Guerrero and Mitsuharu Misawa, but I really hope PWG does another a little dedication banner for Savage on the website, because I feel Savage deserves one because I feel that Savage himself had some influence in PWG

Crazy. I was just watching Jackass 3 and Ryan Dunn brought a smile to my face immediately with the take on the classic Maxell cassette ad. I had no idea Dunn had died earlier in the day. What a shame.

not really a person that died, nor its really a living thing but CZWfans is no longer running it seems, which sucks because that has been my favorite wrestling message boards ever (no offense, PWG)
