for 4 billion, similar to what happened with Marvel as well

another interesting news about this is that there will be Star Wars: Episode 7 coming in by 2015, interestingly enough, that is the same time Avengers 2 will also be out, which is also by Disney, so...

After many speculation on who would end up directing Star Wars: Episode VII and endless denial from many directors as well, a director has been confirmed and its none other than JJ Abrams, who help create Alias, Lost, and Fringe but more importantly, he directed the new Star Trek reboots, making him probably the only man in history to direct both a Star Trek and Star Wars film
